Interactive (vs. indifferent)

This belief is about the degree to which what is happening relates to you or something you’ve done. In this view, many events—including events like weather, traffic jams, job offers, or bumping into an old friend—may be sending you a message or occurring in response to your actions. The opposite belief holds that the world and what is happening is largely indifferent to you.
