Understandable (vs. too hard to understand)

This belief concerns how hard or easy most situations, entities, skills, and topics are to learn and figure out. Though related to belief about one’s own intelligence and abilities, it is conceptually more associated with a quality of the world itself and whether most things and situations are readily comprehensible.
